Q:  What is Camp Aldersgate's inclement weather policy?
A:  If the Little Rock School District is closed then Camp Aldersgate is closed.

Q:  How did Camp Aldersgate get its name?
A:  When the founders of the Camp were seeking a name, Rev. Harry Bass suggested "Aldersgate" because of its association with John Wesley, the founder of Methodism.  Wesley heard a reading from the book of Romans at a small meeting house on Aldersgate Road in London.  During this reading Wesley said he felt his heart "strangely warmed."  Bass remarked that he, too, felt his heart "strangely warmed" every time he entered the grounds of the camp, and he hoped that all who came there would share this experience.
